Industry-specific modules · Coming later
Run memberships, classes, check-in, and recurring billing in a modular CRM built for gyms and studios.

The Gym module is the second industry pack planned for ModulCRM, extending the same base CRM and add-ons that power Coworking into a vertical built for fitness businesses. Membership plans handle joining online, freezes, and cancellations, while recurring billing and dunning keep monthly dues flowing without manual chasing — all built on the same Subscriptions and Invoice modules already available today.
Classes and courses get their own scheduling layer with attendance tracking and waitlists, so a full spin class or yoga session does not turn into a front-desk argument. Members check in through QR, barcode, or NFC, which both controls capacity in real time and gives staff a live view of who is in the building. Waivers and health forms are collected digitally as part of onboarding, keeping compliance paperwork out of a filing cabinet.
Growth-tier gyms add family and corporate accounts, personal-training scheduling and packages, access control integration for turnstiles, and a retail or pro-shop inventory for supplements and merchandise sold at the front desk. Enterprise-tier chains get AI-assisted retention nudges for at-risk members, corporate wellness billing, and open APIs for wearables and gym equipment — all coordinated through the same CRM contact record used across every other module.
Building Gym on the same foundation as Coworking means a multi-purpose facility — say, a gym with bookable studio space or a coworking site that also runs fitness classes — will eventually be able to run both industry packs side by side on one CRM, rather than operating two entirely separate systems for two parts of the same building.
Teams choose Gym to run memberships, classes, and check-in on the same platform as their CRM and billing, instead of stitching together separate fitness software.
Online join, freezes, cancellations, and dunning keep recurring revenue on track.
Schedule courses, manage waitlists, and track attendance from one calendar.
Combine CRM history with check-ins and billing so coaching and sales share context.
None of this requires enabling any other module first. Gym is priced and tiered on its own, so a team can adopt it purely for what it does, and connect it to the rest of ModulCRM only when — and if — that becomes useful.
A typical path from setup to day-to-day use of the Gym module.
01
Define pricing, billing cycles, and freeze/cancellation rules using the same plan engine as the Subscriptions module.
02
Publish a class calendar with capacity limits and waitlists, and let members book their own spot from the member app.
03
QR, barcode, or NFC check-in confirms attendance and capacity in real time at the front desk or turnstile.
04
Recurring billing, dunning, and — at higher tiers — AI retention nudges keep membership revenue steady month over month.
Gym is used differently depending on the size and shape of the team running it, but these are the situations where it comes up most often.
Each module is available in Basic, Growth, and Enterprise — so you pay for depth only where you need it.
Basic covers the core gym workflow end to end, so a small team can run on it indefinitely without ever touching a higher tier. Growth adds the automation, multi-location, and reporting depth that matters once that workflow starts to strain under more volume or more locations.
Enterprise is aimed at organizations that need gym to behave like core infrastructure — with governance, advanced integrations, and, in several modules, AI-assisted features layered on top of everything included at Growth.
