Pricing — Pay-As-You-Go Plans & Tiers

Pay for the modules you enable — and the tier that matches how advanced each module needs to be. No forced bundles.

Most CRM pricing pages ask you to pick one plan for the entire platform, which means paying for marketing automation you will never touch just to unlock the reporting you actually need. ModulCRM inverts that: every module is its own product with its own Basic, Growth, and Enterprise tier, so the plan you end up on is really the sum of several smaller decisions rather than one big compromise.

That also means your bill grows in the same shape as your business. A single consultant paying for CRM and Invoice at Basic looks nothing like a multi-location coworking operator running five modules at Growth — and neither is forced onto pricing designed for the other.

It also removes a common source of frustration with traditional CRM contracts: paying for a tier upgrade on the entire platform just to unlock one feature in one area of the product. On ModulCRM, that upgrade decision happens at the module level, so the cost increase is always tied to the specific capability you actually needed.

How pay-as-you-go works

Start with CRM, then add Invoice, Booking, Subscriptions, Coworking, or future modules. Each module is billed independently at the tier you choose.

  1. 01

    Pick your modules

Enable only what your space or team needs — for example CRM + Booking + Coworking.

  2. 02

    Choose a tier per module

Basic for essentials, Growth for scale, Enterprise for deep governance and integrations.

  3. 03

    Grow without rip-and-replace

Upgrade a single module when complexity rises, instead of switching CRM platforms.

How tiers grow with a module

Basic is designed to be genuinely usable on its own, not a crippled trial of the “real” product. For every module, the Basic tier covers the core workflow end to end — creating and sending an invoice, booking a room, running a membership plan — so a small team can operate fully on Basic tiers indefinitely if that is all they need.

Growth exists for the moment a single workflow becomes the bottleneck: too many recurring invoices to track by hand, too many locations for one calendar, too many members to manage entitlements manually. Each module’s Growth tier targets that specific bottleneck rather than adding unrelated features across the board.

Enterprise is for governance as much as features — SSO, audit trails, multi-entity structures, and deep integrations that matter once a module is core infrastructure for a larger organization, not just a convenience for a small team.

Tiers at a glance

The same three levels apply across modules, with feature depth that grows from Basic to Enterprise.

Basic

Essentials to run day-to-day operations without complexity.

Single sites and lean teams

Growth

Automation, multi-location depth, and stronger analytics.

Growing operators and multi-site teams

Enterprise

Governance, advanced integrations, AI, and compliance controls.

Large portfolios and regulated ops

Example module bundles

Three ways teams are expected to combine modules once ModulCRM opens for early access.

Starter

CRM (Basic) + Invoice (Basic)

A freelancer or small service business that just needs a reliable pipeline and the ability to bill clients online. Both modules stay at Basic until the business outgrows simple invoicing or needs scheduling.

Coworking launch

CRM + Invoice + Booking + Subscriptions (Basic) + Coworking (Basic)

A single-site flex space turning on the full first-wave stack at the entry tier: member CRM, invoicing for rent and add-ons, room and desk booking, membership plans, and the Coworking pack for floor plans and mailroom.

Coworking scale-up

CRM (Growth) + Invoice (Growth) + Booking (Growth) + Subscriptions (Growth) + Coworking (Growth)

The same modules as the launch bundle, moved to Growth once a coworking operator runs multiple locations, needs credit packs and access-control integrations, and wants MRR and occupancy analytics across sites.

Frequently asked questions

Is pricing per module, per user, or both?
Pricing is structured per module and per tier first. Exact per-seat details for each module will be published alongside list pricing when ModulCRM opens for early access — join the waitlist to see it first.
Can I change a module's tier without affecting other modules?
Yes. Each module — CRM, Invoice, Booking, Subscriptions, and every industry pack — has its own Basic, Growth, and Enterprise tier. Upgrading one module's tier does not change the tier or cost of any other module you have enabled.
What happens if I stop using a module?
You can disable a module you no longer need. Its historical data stays attached to your CRM contacts and companies, but you stop being billed for that module going forward.
Do industry packs cost more than individual add-ons?
Industry packs like Coworking bundle vertical-specific workflows — floor plans, credits, mailroom — that would otherwise require a separate specialized tool. Pricing for packs reflects that bundled scope rather than being an arbitrary premium.
Will early access members get different pricing than the public launch?
Yes. Joining the waitlist reserves early access pricing before the public launch of the first modules — CRM, Invoice, Booking, Subscriptions, and Coworking.
Is billing monthly, annual, or both?
Both monthly and annual billing cycles are planned, consistent with how the Subscriptions module itself supports multiple billing cycles for your own customers.
What if I only need one module, like CRM?
That is a fully supported way to use ModulCRM. You are never required to enable Invoice, Booking, Subscriptions, or an industry pack — the CRM module works and is priced as a standalone product.
